Yes, there is an indicator showing you the remaining travel distance based on your current driving style... it will dynamically update (change) based on your driving style

Its not easy to prise the emblem out without breaking it. Best is to buy a new one to spray and replace.

Any spray painting shop can do it, or you can DIY too.

Else the easy way out is to use plastidip

I did mine at TG2K at Alexandra.  Less than $20 if i can remember.  The removal is tricky indeed, need to remove the covers in the boot.
