Pinkroom, newbish: I've just completed purchase on eBay. Will notify you guys when it arrives then we can meet up for exchange. Paid via PayPal total for USD$129 inc $24 for shipping. Exchange rate from PayPal is (exorbitant rate!!) SGD$1 = USD$0.756547 which equates to around $56.80 per pax.... Keep you posted!

Wanted to buy the A200 for my daughter and test drove it yesterday. I found the cabin is filled with road noise beyond my anticipation of a Merc. SE said its due to the run-flat tires. Any bros here who bought the car and changed the tires to 'normal' tires? Does it reduce the noise considerably?

Run-flat tyres contribute to stiffer ride (coz of stiffer side walls) and slower pick up (due to heavier tyres contributing to unsprung mass). On reducing noise I'm really not sure though I would think it should not have any diff to normal tyres... Also, Perhaps one should lower expectations as it is the "entry" series to three-pointed star (if u allow me to say this), there's lots of plastic bits inside the car as well. Just my half cent.
