Its auto determine by your mileage.

The world Most dangerous thing is the Vehicle. Its not about the machine weather its slow or fast. Its the person who is controlling it. The driver is the brain of the Machine. Not the machine itself.

If the driver reacts slow even the most powerful ABS(Auto braking system) will not help. The driver has to give the car the command in Order for the car to react. Afterall he is the brain of the car.

How do you choose Service A or B? I don't see the options when booking.

Usually A service is 15k then B is 30k. So every 15k when u go for servicing your SA will advise u accordingly. However 60k is major servicing including replace spark plugs etc.

I actually meant that I see in this thread, some actually opted for Service A for their 30k servicing. How do you do that? Since it seems to be tagged to mileage as what thaiedwin has said. Also how does it impact warranty if you opt for Service A instead of B?

Just tell the SA go for A instead of B.

So for 30k servicing, to get minimal carroting at C&C I can opt for Service A and still maintain warranty?

I cant comment on the warranty thingy ask the SA instead.

Basically trying to find out what's the minimum anyone here has done for 30k servicing without voiding warranty. Anyone?

Minimum is Service A, $400 plus. No other way.

if i am not wrong, A and B difference is mainly air filter and aircon filter.. which i changed both myself.. so when going for my 30k servicing, i told the SA that i had already changed the air filter and aircon filter.. he straightaway say then we will do a Service A package for you.. you might want to check with your SA

Dear Bros,

I need some advice. My first MB so foolishly did all my servicing at C&C ... wah ... really chop head!

I have been reading and not sure which WS to go to post warranty expiry. Any recommendations?

Chip Soon / MBM / OW? Any others?

I think nowadays it is very competitive in terms of parts/lubricants/labour prices comparing with workshops that handles cars that includes Merz.

But if I want any of them to provide a warranty/extended warranty, the prices are going to be set at a premium, like Insurance.

I think they would 1st tie me down to only goes back to them for every services, including minor ones, and I would have to pay for whatever prices they charged.

Same goes to C&C I think.

They will have to profit for future $0 replacement claim.
