Changing from 17" to 18" rim

I noticed mine also hv tis prob. It doesnt hv to go at 80km/hr, or few minutes for the car to veer left. As long as i let go of the steering wheel, it will straight away veer left.

No need to go fast. Just 30~40km/h and hold e steering wheel with 3pointed star upright.

Mine original condition and it veered left jus only after a few kms..

Took car last Friday n today went c n c ubi. The staff say drive first then tyre rotation at 5000km then c how... Ridiculous for a new car to veer left

I think it's reasonable for car to veer slight left after travelling a few km.

erm.. what i meant was accelerate maybe about 2-3 seconds the steering veered left..

'travel a few kms' means jus out of the showroom...

anyway my bros last car Opel drove for 7 years the steerin alighnment is good till trade in.. u can jus rest lightly on the steering..

for this new c class, u got to apply some pressure on the right else it will jus shift left, not straight at all..

Just for sharing, I've looking around for correct McGard set for Merc. our car is using M14x1.5 mm thread and our car tire wrench is size 17. I tried to find locally but I can't get right combination, so I ordered online. The part number for Merc is 28174 lock nut key is sized for spanner no.17 so no need to keep another size of spanner in the car.

Yea, I might just do that if I can't find one. But I would prefer those light weight aluminium colored lock nuts. Still cannot find one that fits my ride.

I've seen those nuts at Stamford tyres Tuas....

Will check it out, thanks !

Did you try Leong Seng or Mcwell? I recall they have red but may not suit MB. Likely you have to order online.
