SE told me bfr, no matter how high the COE goes, we dun need to top up. But if COE drop to certain lvl, C&C will refund us the difference.

Hi All,

I just collected my car and I am enjoying my ride.

However, I want to share with you guys my experience.

When I sent my car for a polish (coating), the groomers found a dent in my car.

Immediately I called my SE. Was very upset by my SE's reply.

"After you have driven off the car, there is nothing we can do!"

Seriously, this wasn't the reply I was expecting. I was thinking my SE would say, "No worries, I will see what I can do for you."

For my previous ride (not a MB), even when I spotted a dent after collection, my SE swee swee took back my car and had it repaired for me.

Whether my SE paid for the repair or the company paid for it, I don't know. I was just happy my SE did it for me.

I was so happy with the service that I recommended all my friends to buy the same car from my SE!!!

After much hassle with CnC, they have no choice but to repair the dent for me.

Lucky for me, the dent was from inside out, So it is really a manufacturer's defect.

Trouble for me is that I have to arrange a date to send my car to Pandan Loop to have it fixed.

Looks like I will be without my baby for at least a week.

So to all Bros who are collecting their car soon, please check your car very thoroughly!!!

Don't assume that it is a MB and there will not be any defect. Also don't be afraid to be kia su and kia see. After all, we paid good money for it.

Hi is one dent or couple of them? If former get it done over with so that u need not require a week of downtime. Take pictures & the receipt then go back there to bang table. Btw who is yr SE?

Hi bro blackmercs, thanks for ur advice. It is just a dent but it is protruding from inside out. When to the dentless removal shop in AMK and for this dent they need to panel beat it flat.

So better for CnC to do it and respray the area. Will pop in to pandan loop to find out more.

Maybe you can try out Lye Design at AMK Autopoint. They might be able to do something about it without damaging the paintwork.
