I was driving w204 c200 since 2008. Last year backside itch changed to a 320i msport. Though it is a 2000cc engine but very very lagging. Not only that, road tax more expensive, fuel consumption also

LOL, yeah I guess so. But the main reason for changing is bcos I wan a car that can be driven a fair bit daily and can be kept for at least 5 yrs without too much problems. And not a car that is constantly inside workshop for repairs after 4 years old. I think based on some friend's feedback, Mercs can be counted on as a reliable workhouse as well as comfort for the family.

My current ride is my 6th MB.

Before the last 2 MB, 1 year I went with 2 Audi. Before this current ride, I went to view VW Touareg, went MBC next door to see X3 & X5 but looks like not only the SEs doesn't wanted my business, somehow inside me also feel no confidence in the reliability of the rides.

Before I own my 1st MB, my friends used to tell me "A Benz is A Benz!" now "Zee Best or Nothing!"

Lasting or not - look at rides on our roads & see which brand has the most number of rides > 10 years old :P

I have more faith in mercs, the workshops I went to all told me merc better, bcos lesser or no oil leaks that is even half as bad as a bmw.

Will consider before making my decision :)

My brand new Q5 when reversing up a slope or quickly - instrument cluster "No Reverse Gear" & cannot reverse anymore. Has to switch off engine, restart, then everything ok.

Think the mechatronics has problem. did mTm stage 1 & from 211hp to 272hp.

Fast! Damn siok but scare brakes CMI or chalk up demerit points. :P

Them was the A4 2.0 TFSI Quattro - has to top up engine oil every few k km. car didn't came with a engine oil dipstick cos reading from the MMI. End up when to the stock it's to order a engine oil dipstick.

IMHO still lack the refinement of a MB.

Seems quite problematic for Audi too. Thanks for sharing! Will update everyone once I book the car hee hee.

Yup, will have to see how much they gonna give me for my current car. I have been quoted ridiculously low by other dealerships. Hopefully the local Merc dealership can quote me a reasonable price. If not, then I will have to hang on to my current ride.

I think the c180 price will increase again, due to coe up. :unsure:

Front & back both got lemon seed eye sibei ugly. Maybe the new head design got squint eyes. Btw in case u guys didnt know this, 3D movies got no effect for ppl with squint eyes. So dont be rude & jio them to watch "3D Sex & Zen".
