Hi, has anyone done it before? How to do it? I sync my iPhone to the car but that's all.. Only can call by literally pressing the number on the audio system.

The contacts are not in there yet... Kind souls pls help.. I'm on 08 C180 Kompressor.

And

Ya. Once I connected my iPhone via Bluetooth, my contact list appear immediately on Audio 20. No synching necessary.

Still cannot leh... My sync here only for making and receiving call leh... Is it because my audio system Bo Ho seh Liao? I confirm sync my iPhone Liao... It says connected to Seanny on the screen but no contact list inside.. Sisnzzz...

Bro! I can choose what contact folders on my iPhone to sync whether it's NTG4 for my W212 or NTG 2.5 for my ML.

Something wrong Liao like that... Why u all can but mine cannot.. I tried syncing so many times... I read the manual Maciam I next day O level...I still dun get my bloody contacts in... Maybe my mersili is a pirated one... Sianz... I give up lar but thanks for all the kind advise...

I realize on the iPhone Bluetooth settings, you need to enable Sync Contacts. If the function is turned off on your iPhone, it will not be shared with the audio system. Hope this helps resolve your issue.

On your iPhone BT - Should see MB Bluetooth >

Tab the > should bring you to the sync phone contacts

I remember my SE walked through almost all the features of the car but I cannot absorb more information than 5 functions. May be C&C could us a video CD showing how to use the toys.

IIRC,

1st time U might have to go to your Audio 20/COMAND Tel menu & under BT Import contacts for the phone synced, then after U tap > U will get to see the sync folder menu.

By then U will have import all your contacts on your iPhone.

Next go deauthorize the phone synced on the Tel BT menu.

Go back to your iPhone under BT MB Bluetooth, tap >, this time U tick the folders U wanna sync.

Then go back to your Audio 20/COMAND & pair it again.

Come to the next gtg or contact me if U still has problem!

My encounter was SE told me to turn on iPhone Bluetooth and everything works nicely. Only issue is no Japanese and Chinese character display. Guess my car only understand England and not Cina.

Most cars work but esp some W204 Pre FL has to go through that tedious steps I mentioned above.

Bro...still cannot... I follow your steps and I'm stuck at your 1st sentence after "audio 20" haha.. Coz under the Tel menu there's no option for BT import contacts. It just says authorize & receive business cards...???

But right beside the Tel option, there is a phonebook option... So im sure somehow I can sync it in..but I had totally no idea at all???

Could there be any diff between the audio 20 in FL and per FL w204???
