I'm not paying full cash because the salesman say i need to take loan in order to get the freebies they're throwing in. That being the case, I'm taking a 20% loan payable in 2 yrs.

I have never waited so long for a car in my life. Taking forever.

The saleman con you into getting loan bcoz of commission from the bank. Yr so-called freebies is actually from you :). Is okay, learn them earn abit else no more SE.

Yes, he did tell me that he gets commission from the bank. I don't really mind. Will keep some money to do some cheap investment.

My SE told me the minimum loan that can be taken is $50k for a minimum of 3 years... He didn't tell me he's getting a commission from the bank.

...AD did not do paperwork "properly in time"....complicated la....like any love hate relationship ..hehe...

...not effected by new measures, rite?

 

I signed on the dotted line on a Monday, loan approved on Tuesday, got COE on Wedesday. KPKB because COE drop 9K! In the end, govt announced new measure on Friday.

 

Heng ah...cuz I definitely cannot down 100K...considered a blessing in disguise.

How long does mercedes take to manufacture one car?

Based on my production plan is about 6 month leadtime.
