Hi Mark,

Can I say that with this function, U can only flip & hold the high beam only but U cannot push down the lever to turn on the high beam continously?

just found out few days ago...if you want continuously high beam, you have to turn the the lighting knob to the extreme left, same as the side parking indicator... it will not work if you leave it at "A"

Eh, anyone of you know the exact time to go for 1st time servicing?

I've been driving my C&C E200 since Nov '09 and when I checked the "AssistPlus" button on my console, it says "Time to Servicing A is 146days".

This means 1yr before I go for servicing?

The SE told me the 1st servicing is at 15,000km.

But as usual, will do first oil change still at 5,000km.

Cheers,

Mark

Norman,

I will do my oil change @ 5k km at C&C

After that oil change every 6 mths which is avg 6000 km

for my usage @ C&C.

IIRC C&C use Shell Helix while places like MBM use Mobil 1.

My personal choice is I dun wanna mixed up the engine oil.

Nowadays we are not given service booklet by C & C but our service

records I m told will be on-line.

IMHO, with our hot weather & turbo engine it's better to change our

engine oil dutifully (6 mths or 10k km whichever is earlier) to minimize sludge in the engine.

not sure will C&C do a reset to the control panel as it is program to 15k...the warning msg will usually come on when you reached 14k...with my travelling pattern (5k now in less than 2 mths) I should reach 15k in less than 6 mths...:tsk:

Since can use service credit at C&C, will change oil at C&C when reached 5,000km.

Personally dun like Shell ... feels rough ... I prefer Mobil1

Unker, turbo these days not like when we can carry comb la ... ok to stick to 15k or 1 year ... my lao-pok car also get 'heaty' easily but I use "T" brand, good le, temp well-maintained during spirited driving and engine still shiok-shiok le ... i do 15K or 1 year .. swee swee ...
