For the C&C car cam, anyway to mute the sound recording when driving/ video recording?

My cam default setting in the Logon Player software come with the JS400 is mute. You need to use the memory card inside the recording unit for changing the setting by using the Logon Player.

I don't get the camera package from C&C, can share what brand of HD camera is good (front and rear) recording and which is the recommended installer that I should go? Thanks in advance.

I inserted the SD card into my PC but it pops up a message ask me to format the disc. When I clicked format the another error message saying window cannot format the disc.

Anyone encounter this?

not me..i turn on Logon player before i insert the SD card, I even use my own 32gb card. never have asked for formatting.

Anyone know how to export the video? I know can take snap shot (picture) from the video but if I wan to save particular video, how do I save it?

Do it at the Logon player?
