Command online LINGUATRONIC problem

Do not understand why my LINGUATRONIC voice control always go to 4 when I said 2. There other numbers are ok, it cannot be the way I pronounce it because whoever pronouce 2 always go to 4. Anybody have this problem??? Is there a way to solve it???

No, when I say 4 or any other number, it goes to that number, only 2 got problem leh, funny rite???

No matter I say select 2, number 2, or just 2, or say anything ending with 2, it receives as 4 or cancel.

I believe it is a software gitch, don't know whether see & see can solve it.

I believe that is "Individualisation". tried that, recognisation of other numbers and words became more acurate, but still recognise 2 as 4 or cancel.

I have the same problem with '2' as well even though I already personalized the linguatronic. I have to slang it to "TOO-WUU" then it recognizes it... Weird...

So, it seems my problem is not a isolated one, it is across the board. Mostly software gitch, hope C&C have a patch for it...

Finally got the 2 to work, after practicing during my entire journey home yesterday. the trick is, don't use english, use chinese...u need to pronounce it as "肚乌". Then the unit will recognise it. Try it, is funny but satisfying.... If it still doesn't work, try different variations to pronouce the "乌".
