Just updated to 1.1.3 - so far so good. Cell phone triangulation won't work until the baseband is flashed to the newer update.

Thanks HomerRipper. I really don't mind updating it but don't know how to. Don't know if its true but I was told is that 1.0.2 is still the most stable.

Hey Dewey nice to know another user! All firmware revisions are quite stable but this depends on whether you are an avid 3rd party app user. Upgrading is fairly easy and almost always reversible. Will post links if u r ready to experiment on ur own

I've been using iPhone 1.1.1. Managed to sync to the car telephone system also. So far has been a happy user.

Can i check what's the new features in 1.1.3?

OK....tell me how to hack a new iPhone if I get one. I am more concern about the FW upgrading making it unusable if i were to ever upgrade the phone. That's why I am still sticking to the FW1.1.1 of my iPod Touch.

Actually it's really easy now, there is a GUI that you can use for one-click upgrading/unlocking/activating.

do a google & u can hack it in 15mins. 10mins to read the instructions, 3mins of execution. 2 mins of waiting time.

3-5 mins now with ziphone 2.4. Hacks 1.1.2 + 1.1.3 OOB. Lookout for ziphone 2.5 to hack 1.1.4 in a few days.

I have one Invisisbleshield for the iPhone, have wanted to use if I buy one. Now that I am not getting so soon (although still backside itchy).
