automatic trunk close

i'm having the FL-W204 C180K. Can we mod the car to have the automatic truck close. It is like pressing the red button on the truck and autoclose. Any suggestion. Thanks.

I've seen before on certain MPV/SUV they have this function.

Also if im not wrong the new F30 has this auto boot opening function whereby you just 'wave' your legs below the bumper and the boot automatically opens. Great when both your hands are full

The W212 sedan comes standard with this assisted boot if I am not wrong, so are the estate cars (with option).

Agent J Merc in MIB2 also have auto close doors and a black doll on auto pilot mode.

yup w212 has 2 buttons at the boot lid. "close" and "Close and lock"

quite cool

what i would like to have is to close boot with keyfob as well.

not sure which other model have this feature

My ML comes with the open/close feature on the key fob.

My previous E250 I think it only open the trunk with the key fob but not closing.

Think Kufatec does sells auto/close trunk. Kit retrofit.

U have to find someone to do the retrofit & programming.

U guys might wanna check with Dr Hanson or camber53

read from other MB forum only ML can auto-close from key fob. i was told that the button at driver side can open and close trunk. will try later.

Yeah can close from driver side. Instead of pulling up, you push down on the boot button.

Retrofitted my W211 with automatic boot also. Awesome "when your hands are full"

bought the parts in myself. i did everything for $1k euro.

i think camber53 can do it too. easy parts, he has the supplier contact, can go with him.
