Inputs for choice of car

Friend was driving W203. Told me W204 is hell of a difference. Any bros, can share what's the diff between the W204 pre-fl and fl? It it only cosmetic? Interior and exterior. Thanks!

I had the W203 for 8 years, and now the W204, probably it's going for 10 years.

The difference?

W203 to W204? Hell of a difference ! Especially the 7gtronic, this gearbox always make me smile whenever I accelerate fast.

The missing part now is the whining sound from the kompressor, the turbo seems to have no sound.

Mr Yap We came from the PFLW203 and now U are into the FL W204 i.e 2 jumps leh!

Car got roomier, better sound insulation beside the newer instrumentations and better interior quality overall.

I lived with the W203 whining kompressor and was one reason I sold the FLW211.

Never missed it after 6 years of living with 2 kompressors

That's one of the main reason why it's getting hard to stick to it. The not very smooth gear changes and the whining sound......if its a 7G, then it's a different story. That's why a C180 7G is one of the shortlisted choice....

Just came back from Volvo showroom, must say the service is really good. Was looking at the S80 T4 1.6, T5 2.4 and 2.5T. I must say, I didn't get really exited, maybe because of the branding, but must admit it s very good car. Comes with free 3 years maintenance and warranty. Includes wear and tear items like brake pads etc, but excludes tyres and battery. Wah good deal.

Then swing by to MB Alexandra, KNN even the guard show attitude, maybe because I'm driving a C CRASS!!! Go in for 30 mins and also nobody give a damn about me......

Turned in, saw a lot, but it's opposite direction, I made sure there's no car, then parked in the lot as there's no point making a 3 point turn to go one round as its the first lot. Guessed what, the guard came out and told me off that I'm driving in the wrong direction, he was pretty rude, even my wife commented why like that.....eh it's a car park. Made sure no car already. In fact there were people smoking and blocking the other way......

i was there just now at abt 3 to 345pm, sitting at the cafe with my SE signing my $$ away. not much crowd at c&c today though.

It's the first lot, agree, I never drive against flow of traffic even in car park, but it's the first lot. First time there too......didn't see arrow.....smokers blocking the entrance......if I'm driving S class will the car be like that. Don't think so, but it's ok, just ranting. Lol

Both comes with 3 years warranty and maintenance, include wear and tear items. And haven't even Polestar yet. If chip the ECU (warranty intact) the T5 will become a monster.

Only thing holding me back, the design really a bit too young for me......

Only thing holding me back, the design really a bit too young for me......

My wife also said uncle.....sad man, Volvo make really good cars, the T5 will be a breeze to KL on the NSHW.....but alas the design is really yesterday.....my heart does not flutter.....I don't dare to go Audi showroom, my heart beats faster when I'm there.....both the cars and some SEs......and I will be very tempted to buy.....but I'm rational person so I just don't go there.....
