When coe was low, it usually takes about 2 months for the new series to release. But now, it takes about 4-5 months. SKF was release in Feb

Is you new car here yet? Do allow some time for your SE to register your car with the bidded VRN. Have to pay $1,300 to change VRN with your new ride if VRN is already allocated.

Retain existing number is around S$100 while bidding for a new VRN is S$1300. I think...

To put VRN to existing car already registered with VRN is $1,300 bro. In short u have to successfully bid for a VRN before ur new car is registered

Prescribed Fees To Replace A Vehicle Registration Number

An owner of an existing vehicle may use a vehicle registration number, which he has either retained or successfully bid for, to replace the registration number of his existing vehicle. The fees are as follows:

Retained Number

(a) No additional charge if the owner had previously paid $1,300 to retain his/her vehicle number; or

(b ) $1,200 for using a retained number if the owner had paid $100 previously to retain the number

Bid Number

$300 (excluding GST) in addition to the bid amount that was paid.
