W212 suspension problem - common fault?

Wow, so many replies since I last posted!

Looks like the only solution for now is at StarBlack with a frankly quite painful bill - I find this unacceptable as we have visited TWM at least 3 times before we got our PI car and they assured us of the support they can give. Now is the time for them to show that they can deliver what they promised - but seems like they've disappointed nearly every one of us. I've yet to get a call from MBM or TWM... Feels like it'll take forever. Luckily this problem is only minor, still livable. I'll give either a call today to see what's the status.

Anyway, I just find it quite unacceptable that MB has an issue like that straight off the factory for cars that are less than 1 year old! :hand: No excuses for a lapse in quality control.

Ok guys . My workshop told me it's the under carriage cover vibrates and knocking on some parts of the car that created the noise . He had settled it after some touching here and there . Let's see the results after a few days . Below pic is the part that he mentioned .

Hi may i know which part is it from under carriage. I think I having this helicopter sound too
