Looks good!!! ask for $217K or below that is my last bargain price with PI. Most of the PI does not comes with Keyless Go and Bluetooth till now (Jun 2010). Below is SOME of the specs that are missing from some of the PI, hence u needs to compare the specs among the PI too. If u wan all the below specs or more particularly on the SAFETY specs, u got to go back to AD, however AD cost u another $30K or more and as for AMG package another $11K or so. Also, warranty period do get the 3 years at least.

Audio comes with 6 cd or single?

Safety specs - ESP, Active Bonnet etc etc.

Memory Seat? Easy Entry?

Remote center locking?

Anti lock braking system?

Full LED rear tail light?

Auto Climate control

Automatic Belt hand-over

kaoz.... I finally managed to pop into a E Cabrio at C&C while trying to get my mocha & chocolate mousse fix...

My verdict, $ for $, I think the BMW 325 E93 is a much better deal. The E Carbrio styling is good & interior finish is very Merc like as compared to the W204 which is more BMish..

Why the BM E93 is better deal ?

the rear 2 seats are much much wider, comes with inline 6, definitely a better drive, the rear passengers are not so coup up the body keeps the passenger in at shoulder level rather than neck level. Roof is hardtop

The downside is it is so got damn heavy.... geez... 1.9 ton, boot space is pathetic, accelerates slower than the E. Interior finish is a bit stale, typical BMW....less gadgets (no airscarf, rear passenger cant control rear windows)...

Let the flame war begin lor.... haha...

Just my few cts worth...End of the day... the 2 cars both cabrio are for different segments...

Today went down to the sg expo - Kan-nival there are many PI selling the E cabro. Went to check it out and found many interesting stuffs which differs from C&C.

1) all comes with ESP

2) None of them comes with the Sport Mode despite is AMG sport package. Apart from this, the driving mode button which is near e gear shift is comes with C & M selection, whereas C&C only M mode and C mode is by deault.

http://www2.mercedes-benz.co.uk/content/unitedkingdom/mpc/mpc_unitedkingdom_website/en/home_mpc/passengercars/home/new_cars/models/c-class/w204/overview/drivetrain_chassis.0007.html

3) Some - without memory package.

4) Some - the leather seat does looks like locally fitted.

For those who are still searching, do take notes ya. Happy hunting!!!

55-60k! Then it's very good! MTL!

Best before U buy, get the PI to put down in black & white that OMV will be no less than $55k or maybe U can give them a "discount" and put it down as >$54k:becky:

Last year I bought a ride from a PI.

AD was about $45k, PI told me theirs is abt $43k.

I knew he was BS but that was not my worry.

True enough when I got my ride, the OMV was only $38k.

U are probably right cos I've seen 1 PI W212 E250CGI AMG Sport Package Sedan with Pana Roof not cabrio OMV was $55k. The car was in the showroom & he has papers to show me!

Good to talk to Bro Blackmerc & also see his ride before your cabrio purchase cos he did many months of homework before he bought his cabrio.
