Probably my younger bro taking up my car.

If he "compensate me" for the ICE, he will have all my ICE.

If not, I will dekit and we can talk about it.

The Genesis CA250 Class A/AB was "specially designed" for me by Genesis

to take part in an ICE competition a few months back.

All those Genesis amps are stull under warranty and only a few months old.

U can't go "far wrong" with Genesis amps.

So hope to make your dream comes true. ;D

No! He need the boot space for his luggage - he's a cabin crew with SIA.

I've not decided what to do with my ICE but more likely

I gonna sell them off cos I dun think I have the stamina to put it in my new ride.(It takes 6 to 9 mths for instals)

Someone is considering buying the whole system from me for his new ride - not firm yet but has offer a figure for it

Another is considering buying the HU/Processor, DAB & DC shielded cables - waiting for his offer.

The Genesis 50W x 2 CA250 Class A/AB has been specially designed and made

for me by Genesis when I took part in last year SASCA/IASCA finals.

The 4 genesis amps & Micro Precision 7 Mid/Woofer are about 3 to 4 mths old and still under warranty.

They were specially bought for the finals.

The Sony XES H50 tweeters are ribbon tweeters - I used 2 pairs and // them into a 2 ohm load.

Beside the Series 3 Miniblocks & Monoblock, the Genesis CA250 Class A/AB

has been specially designed and made for me by Genesis when I took part in last year SASCA/IASCA finals.

Sad to part away with it but if I dun get some decent sum back, I will temp. put them in the cupboard

till I have the energy & stamina to set it up again in my new used ride. ;D

OT a bit. does anyone know if i can install an active subwoofer and tweeters into a new B170? Are the speakers ok ?

I'm not very particular abt the sound, as long as got some bass and treble can liao. and these are from my old car, so dun want to waste $.

The stock audio system should have come with a pair of tweeters(A pillars), pair of mid/woofers(doors)

and a sub somewhere in your ride.

Why do U wanna add tweeters and an active subwoofer to your stock ICE?

Active subwoofer - most of them are quite boomy!

The stock system does not has power amps to drive your aftermarket speakers eg. component set.

The stock system has only low power Mosfet amplification to drive the stock speakers.

Meanwhile,I've added a standard version of Genesis stereo 100w x2 to run my tweeter active.

Trade in my Focal K2P for Mirco Precision 7,now with the tweeter pod drill on the A-pillar.

Rockford 3sixty.2 processor

Genesis Stereo 100W x 2

Steg Stereo 105W x 2

Mirco Precision 7

Pheonix Gold 1200W mono @ 2 ohms

ID Max 10V3D4

I think my PG mono is the weakest but got no intention to upgrade cos its new and CS don't do trade in(don't belong to them).

Processor still got chance to do a trade in.

Next will be cables and interconnect.

Thought U had your car and so unhappy with the stock ICE.

Nowadays Merc stock ICE dun hurt the ears. ;D

Try to make it to the GTG this weekend.

When U get your ride, listen to the stock system 1st, not heppy then upgrade mah!

When I had my previous W203, I added ICE till the rear of the car looks like spring lowered.
