Hi All,

Suddenly my back seat headrest cannot collapse when I press the button on the front console.

All buttons like hazard light, ESP, CD cover flip are working except this headrest release button !

Any bros know how to get it resolved
I took out the whole front panel to check, no wire are loose

Please advise
