w124 master piece - need advice.....

Hi all experience ppl out there.....

i just bought a 1995 coe w124 mercs masterpiece e200....

the dealer gave me 2 sets of keys....

one is in good condition....

the other one sucks....

the case is spoilt.....

i was think of getting a replacement....

but went back to cycle and they told me was about 500 to 600 for one new one....

i think it is not necessary for me to get a complete new one....

so hope some one would be able to advice me any other alternatives???

and any shops to recommend to get parts like headlamps? etc.....

the headlamps inside all crack....

intend to get a new on and HID it....

hmm dun think Masterpiece Remote can be duplicated ba... Kelvin ar change to 2 way alarm lah haha =)

headlamp u can try Tye Soon or Chua Auto.... Tye Soon shld be cheaper with Hella products. If u thinking of doing HID conversion keep ur old headlamp rear cover cos u will need to cut thru the rear cover to run the HID wires to the ballast. EFX Euro EFFECTS HID kit is a gd choice...

Yup. i like the vw key too. thinking of doing it. prob is my alarm a bit temperemental. when i bought the car, after a week, the alarm went haywire n left all the courtesy door lights on. started after a few hours n battery was dead. went back to the dealer n they sort of un plugged it. but alarm locking n unlocking still works. just that no sound or flashing lights. any idea where i can get a good proper alarm done n how much it would cost? dont mind cowbiy town
