LED DRL for pre-facelift W204

Hi all, I'm thinking of installing LED DRL for my pfl W204. Intention is to simply replace the existing foglights without changing the front bumper. It seems that there are various styles available in the market (e.g. hockey stick style) but I'm looking specifically for the OEM style DRL (see attached photos). A quick search on AliExpress shows that there are aftermarket kits available for purchase (example link below). Has anyone tried to buy one off the internet and got a local workshop to install for them? Do share your experience. Thanks!

Why do you want to replace the foglights? I find they are more useful then the LED's. I installed the Phillips LED DRL unit so I have both LED DRL and foglights. However, if you are set on swapping out your fogs then yes, site vendors should be able to help. I think Camber53 can do so.

Where did you get the Phillips LED DRL from?  Price? and who install it.  Thanks

I got them online, but I'm in another country so price will not be the same. My local shop installed them. You should be able to find them on ebay.
