Was wondering if someone can advise on what exactly is an export set mobile phone? It seems to be selling cheaper than the telco but limited warranty. Whats the catch? Can anyone advise?

the only diff in the telecommuniction world is that, local telco is always the most expensive to buy a handset(without contract)
