W203 C180 Sport edition('06) problems

Hi I am new to this forum and new to merc-bens servicing as well.

I just got a 6 yr old W203 C180 sports edition(2006) last year, mileage travelled about apprx 120K.

It didn't give me any prob until recently. Recently i just went for servicing at C&C and they found a few problems. I'll need some advise from you guys on how am I suppose to go about it? Would prefer to look at outside servicing centre as well.

Problem #1

Washer pump leaking. How much will it cost to repair?

Problem #2

Car battery weak. I guess this should be quite common as a good battery would cost around $200 in the market. I'm just double checking how much will it cost.

Problem #3

Carshaft magnet oil leak. I am quite clueless about this. Can anyone advise?

Problem #4

Front suspension all bush crack. If to replace the suspension, how much does it cost? C&C quoted me S$9k to change the overall.

I also read from the forums thread that a car with a high mileage, may need to do overhaul soon. How should i go about this?

Any other things i should take note? My current FC is 10km/litre, is it high or normal?

Haha, then I'll be the first to say hello and welcome to our forum! this forum has site sponsors and perhaps you could run thru them to take a look? can drive down a few workshops to compare prices... or maybe wait a bit and see if anyone has a specific recommended workshop.

grats on having your merc... hope it'd give u a good driving exp after u manage to settle all the issues. :)

My guess only... base on your Problem 4 quotation of $9K, if u fix outside, everything (P#1-4) will be done with spare change.

Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.

Hey guys, i solved most of my problems with a total of less than 1k. Lol. But for the suspension, i only change the front lower arm for now cause i was told that my coil over isn't such a "big" problem actually. Just tahan awhile longer then see how it goes.

Just wondering if you guys has any good suggestion which coil over should i change or should i just stick to original coil over?

I wanna try modding my C180ML sport edition. How do i go about it?
