hmmm, the workshop told me they pour in 6 litre,.... i was abit stun that it uses so much oil.

Thought it would be lesser since its a 1.8...

:)

Anyways, i highly recommend Mobile 1 0w40..., I think the engine is alot smoother and quieter now... Will clock so miles and report again...

Apprently this oil is MB-approved... Mercedes-Mclaren partner technology.

Should be good for Merc...

My measurement is 5.7 litres to max level on dipstick. Handbook says 5.5 litres but does not reach max level. 6 litres is overfill liaow and I personally do not recommend. If they have to sell you 6 litres, ask them to put in 5.5 and let you keep the half litre for top-ups.

Mobile or Castro engine oils are good.

Right now, C&C is using Shell engine oil.

I ask if i bring my own for them to change, they charge $60 for labour.

Mobile 1 is available at CnC!

You can request for it if you not want Shell Helix.

No extra charges!

I serviced my ride at MBC last Sat & I requested for Mobile 1 as usual.

Cheers

All my rides serviced at CnC uses Mobile 1 and it's reflected in my bill.

Not wanting to hijack this thread but how many litres for the E W211? Got lots of offer for oil in giant now. Might as well stock up.

If it's E200ML or E200K = 5.5L with oil filter change

If it's E230, E280 or E350 = 8.0L with oil filter change

Cheers
