Bro its not easy to tell the colour difference from photos; colours will not be accurate when the cars are illuminated by different lighting and the white balance of the camera are not corrected. Also, poorly taken pics will not do justice to the colours.

The best will be to ask your SE to show you the two different cars and see it with your own eyes, thats how you will be able to appreciate the difference.

Obsidian is a very dark black while magnetite looks to have some grey specks mixed in - you can consider it a very very dark till almost black grey. As per bro yc3333 said - it could be difficult to tell from photos and it is better for you to see the actual colour plate and compare.

In any case - mine is a magnetite black coupe and I have a few photos of it in the picture gallery.

personally to u all which color u all think is nice?

Well obsidian is really very jet black which means it can look very very 'wet' when well groomed but I think any dirt on the paintwork will be quite obvious.

For the reason that I'm a lazy kinda sod I chose magnetite 'cos I wanted something darker than my previous tenorite grey and yet not that obviously dirty looking. Think I made the right choice! :D

You will see cars in various colours and interior trims if you go to 3rd level car park of MBC. Hopefully there is one that is waiting for delivery for you to see.

I personally thinks e C-class looks good in obsidian black. In general merc looks good in black. However, e downside of this color is that paint chips/dings will be extremely obvious. Hard to maintain.

I initially also choose magnetite black, but it didn't come with command online, so choose obsidian black instead. I still find magnetite black nicer as it look greyish in the day and blackish at night, quite special, like midnight blue, blue in the day, black at night and cool shades in between depending on the ambient lights...

The maintenance of my obsidian black is killing me! But it does look so nice when it's clean, those who love the slick deep black style will love it!

personally i found magnetite black is nicer and more classy as compared to obsidian black.

Well, when it comes to color, each to his own look and style.

Magnetite black isn't as dark and makes the car look much sportier. I'd say magnetite suits coupe very well, a few bros got their coupe in this color. I was going for the executive look with my sedan. Obsidian IMHO gives out a deeper glossier black and has that slick look which I wanted, very executive plus with some mods, fierce!
