Hey bros.

Got a question.

Does the 7G tronics logo differ from car to car?

I realize mine is missing a dash ( 7 G Tronic ) instead of (7 G - Tronic)

Also anyone whom installed rear spoilers got this same problem as me? The boot used to open fully using the remote. Now after installing the spoiler. It just opens partially.

Advice?

My 7g doesnt come with dash but my dad's car comes with dash. Go figure

My boot still opens fully, albeit slower than before installation. What type of spoiler did you install?

Your spoiler must be a generic one, thus heavier. If you had gotten the original, it would still open, though slower but with finesse.

My MB 7 speed tranny doesn't comes with 7GTronic, 7G-Tronic or i7gtronic sign behind, CnC or MB must have cheated Unker :stuff:

Went back to CnC, told them to tighten the spring and it was resolved!

ask them for a bottle of touch up paint just in case and given without any question.

And had some bubbles in my tinting, they replaced them as well.

So far service is good ;p

Have always been curious, is the touch up paint easy to use? Have heard from some that it's not for amateurs and only a professional should do it. Got a few scratches I want to cover on my car.

Which year is your E-Class? Comes with the 7 speed gearbox? The 7G Tronic emblem is only attached to cars with that gearbox.

I understand from a friend that these wordings are pasted by the Singapore dealer, not from the manufacturer.

yes it is actually specified as 7-G Tronic (in the specification)

but actually Indonesia one has no emblem pasted

I trying to buy the 7G-Tronic emblem too, anyone know where I can get it? According to my friend, CNC selling it at $85!!!

can try your luck with stockist. I happened to by pass one a couple of days ago and asked for some emblems. The one I was asking for was out of stock, but seems like stockist might have some extras if there was some large indent.

Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.
