Window rattling sound

After changing my IU unit due to faulty set, now my new car got rattling sound coming out from the front passenger window. When wind down the window, don't have the sound, so am sure is form the window. Damn sian, get this car, really no luck.

IU problem solved, this time another new problem with the window, it's not related

If change car again, will not be another Merc, cause lost the confidence already.

IU cannot be consider merc problem, that is our local LTA problem. The window is just a small problem can be rectified easily not to worry.

Not like other makes giving gearbox, Mechanronic problem

I think u probably the few unlucky one. So far not many people complain of minor problem, not to mention the major one. Till date since I purchased my ride last year, touch wood, nothing to complain. Very pleased with the ride.

Bro hayato, If you are BENG enough just go to CNC and complain to anybody that ask you 'can i help you'. Tell them you want an answer why the car has so many problems and now window has sound. ONLY 6 MONTHS YOU KNOW (must be loud k). Am sure they will fix it asap.

The SA was kind enough to attend to me eventhough I didn't make any appointment. Managed to detect the problem during test drive but now got to arrange for my car to be hospitalized, was told need one or two days to rectify the noise problem.

Mines on the passenger side. Maybe I rectify outside....2 days is a bit long. Even software upgrade took a full day. But I must say the service is better than Ubi, but it's really secluded.......almost $20 (non-peak) by cab from my office lol
