product presentation - talk a bit on 3 series feature and 320 328 spec

briefing on event - briefing on seat posture and circuit briefing

track event - total 5 laps ( 3 laps practice and 2 laps they will time )

Goodie bag - Cap , T Shirt , group photo, decal and a promotion slip

Was waiting to see pictures of the Hot Babes! :growl: Didn't have time to go to gtg yesterday too. My little princess was a little terror.... :hot:

By the way, the event was really well organised.

-The 2 hour event consist of a briefing (trying to sell you the car), with makan.

-Goodie bag consist of a cap, polo tee, lanyard

-5 rounds of driving the new 3 series (3 in a 320 and 2 in a 328)

-Fastest timing gets a free defensive driving course in Pasir Gudang, too bad my timing of 53 secs was a tad off the best time of 50 secs. Should have switched off the ESP......

-Event was very well organised with makan, drinks, ice-cream, but no chio bu!

-After the circuit, instructor will drive us around making 180 degree turns and donuts

I must say, the car is really impressive, handling was great, really pushed the car to the max, burned lots of rubber too. First time driving a bemmer, not used to it. I was really impressed! But at $240,000, it's out of my "perceived" budget. A 3 series shouldn't cost this much. I wait for COE to fall!!! :lolu:

Too bad Barney didn't attend yesterday's GTG. I was looking out for the Passionwins Polo-T. Hahaha...

Don't have my size, they will send to my office in 2 weeks time. Will wear and show u ok? Don't hoot me! By the way, where is blackmerc photo? Must see leh!

They are launching 316i sedan end of this year. 1.6L@136bhp with 8 gears. Shld be priced below 200k given e 320i is 220k-ish.

Interesting to see if it will be priced near, if Nt lower than c180k.

I think/hope it's more than 136 bhp. The car will be severely underpowered. Much worse than my C180K. I suspect it will be around 156-165 bhp. Saying that, the 328 is really a joy to drive. Too bad COE is too high!!!

sorry hor, excuse me, SMRT is privatised. LTA is just agency to make sure the privatised company do its job. ANd we all know SMRT will self-reflect and wont repeat same mistakes, ok? (but two of my staff came in late today because of the train leh....)

anyway i will wait for 3 years see how COE is then, and then decide if i switching new car or retaining my brown beauty
