No. They did not show me the compressor (old & new). This is why I really dun know details of my replacement. Did ask them for proof...only reply is 'its changed and recorded in the computer system!' And they dun let me see the system!!!

If u want to have a piece of mind, maybe just go to ur regular mechanic or pay a bit of kopi $ at any MB workshop to confirm?

I bought my car from RA and I must say that their SE's service, knowledge and honesty are no much different from any used car dealer that you can find outside... Dont wish to bring up the past... Just look forward and hope to afford a new one next time...

I bought mine from RA as well.. so far have some minor problems.. like right brake light not light up bright enough.. brake switch problem.. all these paid out of pocket. Bang table.. only got foc diagnostics. The warranty no cover.. and i was like.. WTF. Pay premium for piece of mind.. in the end not covered.

Next time must read the warranty fine print, and I only know about that on the day of car collection as you are only shown the warranty contract then, cannot back out liao. LL

My RA SM quite honest. Show me the warranty before my purchase & went thru what's covered and what's not. Only issue is C&C repairs (under warranty) still charging me for other small tiny puny parts.

this is scary.. i'm actually considering buying from RA. But looking at this, i'm better off buying from normal PI outside. But i do want C&C to do testing and inspection first..

I change reverse sensor indicator and shock absorber duirng warranty period. Not reflected in receipt

definately new stuff as I can see it when imm doing my wheel alignment outside

RA warranty can only be done in Pandan workshop, cannot go MB Center one. Like 2nd class citizen.

Agreed that RA SEs' knowledge, honesty etc is same as any dealers out there. When I traded my Altis with C&C, RA advertised in sg carmart say "own by University teacher" ... haha ... but I am barely educated leh !

So much about being subsidary of C&C ...
