Vibration driving at a certain gear

Hi bros,

need some advice.

I’m driving 2011 w204 Kompressor.

I realised that at a certain speed the car will vibrate on a gear before going up to the next gear.

I think it is on the 3rd gear when the car is in, the vibration starts but when it go up to the 4th there no longer have the vibration. 
 

anyone knows what likely cause this problem?

Try manual shifting

manual shift in 2nd gear - any vibration say 3500rpm

manual shift to 3rd gear - any vibration say 3500rpm 

manual shift to 4th - any vibration above 3000rpm

see whether the above steps confirm your vibration is in 3rd gear shifting to 4h

I've tried it and confirm it’s from 3rd to 4th.

if u feel the "vibration" is from the gear box, how long since the transmission oil been changed ? maybe can try to flush the gear box transmission oil, just a suggestion.
