if u can pay $500 admin fee, then u can afford C&C servicing la .. :swduel: kidding la ... if that salesman cannot make enough to feed his family, he would have gone elsewhere to look for another job .. doubt he is in this line to do charity work ... remember, "willing seller willing buyer".

C&C car or not, when it's time to sell, dealers will "chop, chop and CHOP" ... it does not make a difference even if u got $$$ of after-market add-ons ...

It all boils down to personal preference. Some pple will not let other w/shop touch their cars apart from AD while others are not willing to pay "OTT" price for AD servicing ... just go for the one you are most comfortable with ... if you are comfortable with C&C, then trust them for their work and pay them accordingly. Likewise for any outside workshop you patronize. Just dun attempt to compare prices .. it will never equate-up and there's no apple-to apple comparison.

There are very good w/shops out there and it takes time to build-up a relationship and trust with them ... they are in a business to make money and I doubt the really good w/shop will want to make a quick buck at the expense of losing their hard-earned reputation and growth ...

I've bought many cars from C&C in the past. Service and friendliness are good but costly at times. But made the bold move to get my latest ride from a reputable PI. No regrets so far. The servicing standard for normal items is OK. Remember however that hv to send to C&C for major warranty issues like my car's problem with ESP. Then it will take forever to get done. Reason? PI cars hv no standing with C&C cars, lah. Second class!!!

As far as resale is concerned, feel that if u hv maintained regularly and hv service records, the price shld hold comparably with so-called "legal" cars. Remember, usually many PI cars hv better or more options. This was one of the reason that convinced me to buy from a PI.
