Dear Andlee,

I have the kleemenn Kbox which comes with the light weight pulley.... have been using for 3 years.... so far so good.... aircon only spoiled once :twinmfinger:. C&C change the compressor and valve FOC!

I would like to know.... any SLK car experience this.... during very hard revving... does your air-con shut off automatically? meaning just air but not cold.... and cold air comes on shortly after i relax the throttle.

Sometime i got that as well.........high rev then air-con not cold then relax for awhile ok already............strange man.....

ok cool hope you get your light weight pulley soon....or maybe you wanna consider the Kleemann set but like Gene said (it is quite ex) depending on your budget as well.........(i supposed your V6 engine is also much heavier then our little 4pots engine)......

This is normal, if you set your aircon to high temperature and turn it off, when you rev your engine, hot air will come out.

Hmm..never notice this before, because I very seldom rev hard for long periods...and at the times when I do rev hard, I will be too busy concentrating on the road in front to notice to aircon is shut off....hahha

Kleemann has nothing for the V6 except for headers and ECU...I am not touching anything on the exhaust, as I am pretty sure this will cause me to lose my low end..which I hate to...Stock exhaust is the best for low end, IMHO....so, just pulley and maybe ECU if I want to..but then again...not cheap..got to think very hard..haha

32 lol, but I'm currently in Australia and it's bloody 8 degrees here That's how I noticed that hot air comes out when I rev the engine even though the air con is off.

how about changing to a light weight pulley (i think bro Andlee should be doing soon), upgrade your header, down-pipe and exhaust and go for a tune.....

take-out your spare tyre to reduce weight and of course the owner can also reduce some weight to help..... :clap:

Mid life crisis power upgrade package: Call MBM, Patrick at 6451 5333..........

Fitting a set of KLEEMANN high flow exhaust headers results in a power gain of 20-30 Hp and 25-35 Nm of torque. Combined with a KLEEMANN Tuning ECU upgrade the total output will rise by up to 40 extra HP, and 40 Nm of torque.
