door handle cup clear plastic

lesson from my old cars - need to protect the door handles cup. these are areas on the car door behind the door handles where the fingernails will scratch.

the scratches are very difficult to polish off (sometimes even unable to polish off).

has anyone done a wrap on the area before? like to know where and costs.
