I think Bro 9339 meant Nasi Goreng Istimewa which in Indonesian or Malay mean Special Fried Rice.

In Indonesian when they serve Nasi Goreng Istimewa, the Fried Rice comes with a fried egg, a piece of fried chicken

and in Hotels or Restaurants, at times they serve also with a few sticks of satay. :yumyum:
