W204 (Year 2009)- Headlight (OEM) replacement

Hi ,

 

For info and reference. 

 

Just replaced a new pair of headlight (OEM) at Chip Soon due to one of the bulb damaged which link to the insulation cable which was one of the common problem for W204 as shared by experts. (Heard that original pc is S$540 x 2 = S$1080)

 

S$320 x 2 = S$640 (OEM Headlight)

S$120 (Labour)

 

= S$760 for one set.

You can replace the wire harness (cable) instead of changing the entire headlight set. This option will be cheaper.

Thanks for advice but due to the blurness of the light therefore opt for full replacement.

i got mine replaced at C&C for free... but i was charged 75 for the light bulb exchange lol.

hey check your cabling if there is physical damage (Burnt marks) no the wire, you can get FOC repair at C&C.

Hi mulderang, warranty far has ended, and i did see the wiring and harness not in great shape though.

Nah.. Dont think CnC will be that good, stop sending to them fr servicing after warranty end. Thanks anyway!
