Need advice if this specs are OK on W204 ?

Yeap it will be just slightly bigger, nothing much to worry about

If 18 inch non staggered, recommended is 225/40/18 tyres. Safe choice for rims is 8.5.235 tyres shd b same diameter as 225 except that 235 is thicker in width when u view from back or front of car.in my opinion no point getting 235 unless going for 19 inch or staggered. Also not sure if 235 can fit on 8.5 rim.but for your case of et45 can fit 235 tyres.

8.5 j no issue with 235

Mine 8 j 225 .. A little donut but does not look bad cos I lowered so looks ok as it slanted inwards n would not rub the fender .. My offset is 43 mm .. Front flush .. Back a little bit in only
