It may or may not be admissible in court; but the insurance companies will use it to shift blame.

So, it still has it's uses.

A lot of times.... these videos will not even go to court... in case of accidents... the insurance companies involved would have known better  when to contest the claim if there is a video involved.... So it is still useful to have in your car.....

ya, i installed mine, and then 6 days later, kena swiped by lorry liao. used it as evidence loh.

in fact, this morning, got another near-incident, involving taxi driver.... geez... seems like getting more close shaves since i changed to MB....
