where to get sport shocks n springs.

Hi fellow forumers, anyone knows where can i get sport dampers with shorter shocks for fl w204? Bilstein b8 or koni yellow. Looking for h&r supersport springs as well for more aggressive lowering. Was thinking of coilovers but m afraid that after awhile coilovers tend to make knocking noises.
