So I guess no one has nailed this mod yet...

Yup, quite a fair bit of blues to get this done.

Will share with you guys once I've done it!

But first, got to do some DIY...

Yes Sir, I will post some pics if I managed to DIY myself.

I bought this thru my colleague in Germany.

There is a guy in Thailand selling too but his price is 16,000 baht!!!

Go any audio workshop to get it replace. Shld be less than 30 mins job if the shaft outer diameter can fit into gear shaft. Damage shld be less than one blue note.

Good luck!!

Bro, any update on this mod? Is the gear shifting stock abit too long for the AMG knob?

At last, managed to DIY and fixed the AMG Shift Knob but required some improvisations as the hole of the knob is too big for the gear shaft.

Wah seh Bro! Sibeh Swee leh! I was wondering if you shortened the shaft will it look alot more sleek like the SLS shifter's height. But  :thumbsu: to U!! I'm Inspired!

In fact it did cross my mind to shorten the shaft, but think its a bit extreme even for my standard :)

Anyway, I'm not done with this mod yet.

I've ordered a customised leather shift boot from Jackspeed to enhance the AMG knob and to enhance the fitment.

Stay tune bros!!!
