maybe i arse luck.  those who got things from me should know my style.  you steady, i poon pipi one.  (=

 

my "bestest" encounter came from the sale of my HKS parts after selling my swift sports.

 

this boy called me and told me he very keen, but his $ is tight.  i told him, consider hard, dun commit if one goes into debt.  seems like a nice boy at first. told me to give him best price - so i said, ok S$1000 for both the HKS exos and air intake (6 months old - those who know Jap parts should know if the price is reasonable or not...).

 

best part, a lady called me from the same number that the boy used.  told me (in an ah tiong voice) that she is his wife.  started to give me a run-down of how he managed to buy the car, through loan from his dad, blah.  i stopped her.  told her that this is the first that a wife of a buyer calls me to negotiate.  i told her that i will only speak to her hubby.  before she put down the phone, she ask if S$800 ai say bo?  i told her, "xiao jie, i would rather keep the parts in store room and collect dust than to sell at this price".

 

boy called me later to apologise.  said he din know wife will call me.  oh ya right.

 

before he ends the call, ai say instalment plan bo?

 

i rest my case and put down the phone.

 

i am so lucky.
