Hi Bros,

Any good shop to recommend for tyre replacement?

Anyone tried YHI or Motogard?

I am thinking to change Michelin. as my spare is Michelin. Thinking to change 3 pcs and use the Spare.

YHI is of course only has Yokohama. I like the balancing and alignment as they probably are one of the best in Singapore. Look for Alex as he is the key service manager (or whatever they call him). The new location is nicely renovated with wifi and free coffee. Also free nitrogen gas re-fill and free rotation (I think that's still the deal)

You need at least 2 pairs of tyres i.e. both front tyres must be the same and both rear tyres must be the same. I doubt the spare can be used as an everyday tyre, but you can confirm if it is the same dimension as your current tyres.

Might be better if you share what tyres you are looking for, including any requirement for Run Flat tyres etc. This can help narrow proper advice for tyre selection

Another popular choice is Stamford Tyres

If you're looking for one in the East, you can try Autokinectics. Nice young bosses who dirty their own hands who change tyres, rims and do alignment for you. They are located at Macpherson Road just before you turn into Kallang Pudding. You can look for Bryan. Will too recommend Goodyear F1A2. IMO best wet weather performance tyres. Awesome grip during slippery days or when you're down. GET A GRIP, GET GOODYEAR. LOL.

I wann install F1 soft tyre on my car

The world Most dangerous thing is the Vehicle. Its not about the machine weather its slow or fast. Its the person who is controlling it. The driver is the brain of the Machine. Not the machine itself.

If the driver reacts slow even the most powerful ABS(Auto braking system) will not help. The driver has to give the car the command in Order for the car to react. Afterall he is the brain of the car.

Just to add my two cents:

I was looking for user W221 original rims today and called all these shops for it.

Autokinetic was number one, the most polite and the fastest in getting back to me. Even Whatsapp the pictures of the stock to me.

L S tyre was the second, not quite as fast but got back to me at the end of the day. Whatsapp too.

H Tyre was a bit sluggish but they still took time to whatsapp me the stock.

Surprise entry, Yap Brothers or something, didn't have the original rims I want but bothered to Whatsapp their entire range of replica rims to me.
