W203 Headlamp

Hi! Anyone ever change your headlamp on your W203? My installer told me that both my headlamp insulation wirings are very bad and has to replace the whole unit before it causes short circuit. Pls enlighten.

Just bought OEM will be cheaper and almost half the price. Just bought for my 5yrs old W204 $280 per side before GST. Original is $415.

Btw only manage to get OEM from this company

Yes original part is expensive. When you said OEM, is it Bosch brand?

I threw away my original W203 headlamp last year.

OEM for W204 is Hella.  I am not sure about W203.  U can call Mr Lim for the stock if he has or not, he is very friendly and waited for me to collect the headlamp on Saturday afternoon.

You can also check with Steve from Sonic Racing, in-house merchant. He has replaced few HL before due to burnt/shorted wirings.
