Engine Oil

Hi Guys,

I heard of 3 type of engine oil from a friend but i don't really know which is good for mercedes engine.Please give me some advice or brand and type is suitable for mercedes in singapore weather and road .((: Thanks(:

MB spec'd approved oil list for the M111 engine (assuming you're on a W202 C class platform) can be found in the 229.3 list. The latest revision to the list is 229.5

Anything outside of the approved list, use at your own risk. I would run a 5W40 from the list given the age of the engine.
