FL W204 low dim light bulb socket holder damage

Hi all, 

I have a question. Few days back one of light side low dim light cannot light up. So I open up the front low dim light parts, take it out and trying to put back to original. I realise the light bulb plastic holder is damaged and cannot hold back the low light bulb anymore. 

 

My question is can we replace the plastic holder which hold on the light bulb or will need to order a brand new set of left side headlight. It does not come in separate parts? 

 

Please advise all Dear guys out here. It would be great help for me
