Car sent to C&C for repair

What car? It's fortunate if you can get a shuttle service to the MRT station. There are limited number of cars to go around, so it's unlikely to happen for a normal repair.

My car is E250CGI. The engine signal lighted up on my screen. The technician says that there is something wrong with the engine sensor and as a result, the engine signal keeps appearing on the screen. Does anyone of you have a similar problem?

Did not have any taxi voucher or ride to the nearest mrt or bus stop when i send my Elephant Class in for repair ...

All i get is 'Bus 11" ...meaning walking out the front door...

Maybe not in the VIP list of CnC...hehehe...

Yes, CnC do gives out comfort taxi voucher. i still have un-used vouchers with me. I was given replacement car when the issue never rectified. Once a CLS and twice it was ML300.

I think it really depends on individual circumstances. I have sent my car in for 4 times for almost the same problem. i hope the last time they really has it fixed!

Nevertheless, i must say their response and 24hr star services has been quite efficient. Hey, but whats the point having an efficient but not effective service???

Do you request for the taxi vouchers or do they give them to you automatically?

They offered the vouchers voluntarily for the first occasion when my car was towed in.

The second time when i drive in with the same problem, i refused to accept more vouchers as i told them i bought a Merc not taxi. That same day they drove a CLS to my office.

Just call star assist and get them to tow the car back. Say cannot start. FOC if still under warranty plus faster this way. Don't have to wait plus drive all the way down.

Frankly i dont think so.

For my case, they could not estimate how long they will take to identify the problem and have it fixed. So providing me vouchers is reasonable.

As for the replacement car, i actually talked to my SE. He helps me brought my issue to higher management. I think the service guy normally cannot offer replacement car under their own will.

All in all, i have no complains on their service................yet.

i reckon the type of treatment you get also depends on what model of car you are driving...
