COMMAND is a letdown, or is it just me?

Hi bros

I collected my C180K today. It was a joyous occasion. Adding to the joy was my car came pre-installed with the COMMAND system, which was really a bonus.

However, my gripe with COMMAND is its navigation capabilities. E.g. I can't even find my house with postcode search. Certain streets, like Ubi View, are missing.

Is the map data outdated? I asked my SE. He couldn't verify. He even told me he's still learning to use COMMAND.

Anyone has the same problem as me? Please advise. Thanks

Arr..paiseh.....need to correct.

SIA training center is along Upper Changi Road, the one opposite Changi Village carpark is Singapore Aviation Academy.

It's the same for all...the comand map is not so up to date. Unker Batam is the Comand guru here in this forum. He can explain it more in detail if you join us for the gtg tmr.

Haha cant make it today la. I heard from my SE that the maps in the command navigational would not be updated by C&C. is that true?

CnC usually charges an arm or leg for map updates!

Have no fear!

Nowadays we have in our Other Site Sponsors 2 Comand retrofit experts i.e

camber53 and ricric_lo.

They charge "a reasonable sum" for the usually annual map updates!
