Rear Interior Door Handle (E250 W212) Doesn't Work

Hi guys. My (E250 W212) interior rear door handle just went loose and won't open from inside. Saw some videos on how to replace it. Seems like quite a bit of work with special tools and drilling. Plus none of listed suppliers here carry the part. Any one had this done before? Any pointers to where I could get it replaced and ballpark cost? Many thanks for any help from anyone.

Can consider going to scrap yard to get the used parts and bring it to your regular mechanic to repair.   Alternatively, the audio shop may be a good option too, given their regular routine of removing door panels to install speakers.
