W205 C Class 3rd to 2nd gear jerky

Hi all,

My ride since few months ago has been experiencing a downshift jerk of gearbox from 3rd to 2nd gear. My ride is w205 year 2016 c180 (7g tronic). I have tried follow the reset transmission procedure on my own but it won’t work and i have bring my car to doctor gearbox for diagnosis but no solution found as there is no fault code. Any bros or sis here encountered the same issue and can advise me? Thank you very much. 🙏
