c200 coupe Seeking advice - Newcomer with C200 Coupe looking to change rims and add body kit

Hi Everyone, Stumbled upon this site while searching for Merc workshops in SG. I have a 3-year old C200 Coupe, looking to: 1) Change rims from 17" to 19" 2) Add a rear lip/spoiler 3) Change front and rear skirting/apron Any advice on estimated cost to do all this? Would changing the rims affect other parts of the car eg suspension etc? Thanks!!
