Saw this at the bottom of SgMerc website.  Can this work with my 2018 W205?

Think it's only a BT dongle for wireless connection i.e instead of using your lightning cable for Carplay if your car has Carplay.

This's not enabling or installing Carplay

The ads of carplay2air are really annoying, it is almost everywhere. This is terrible.
